Photos: The Baleada Festival celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month
The 4th annual Baleada Festival celebrated?the Independence of Central America, Belize and Mexico with food, drinks and live music. The free?admission?event was put on by?Sabores De Mi H (Flavors of?Honduras), Celebración Hispana and St. Mark Episcopal Church.?
Baleadas are a traditional?Honduran street food, a thick flour tortilla?filled with a?crumbled cheese and?refried beans.
